Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and FerrariDubaiRent.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, services, and vehicle rentals.
Agreement to Terms

- By booking a vehicle, you agree to all conditions
- These Terms supplement any rental agreement
Modification Rights
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms
- Changes become effective upon posting
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
Important Notice: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. Your continued use constitutes your acceptance of any modified Terms.
Definitions and Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Interpretation Rules
- Headings are for convenience only
- Singular includes plural and vice versa
- "Including" means including without limitation
Document Hierarchy
- Rental Agreement supersedes these Terms
- Special terms override general terms
- All documents should be read together
Vehicle Rental Terms
Rental Eligibility and Approval
- All rentals subject to Company approval
- We reserve right to refuse service without cause
- Vehicle allocation based on availability
Rental Period and Extensions
Extensions must be requested at least 4 hours before scheduled return. Additional charges apply.
Vehicle Use Restrictions
Important Prohibitions:
- No smoking or vaping in vehicles
- No pets without prior approval
- No transportation of illegal substances
- No driving under influence of alcohol/drugs

100% No-Deposit Policy
We perform a simple 5 AED authorization to verify your card. No large funds are blocked, keeping your credit limit free for your trip.
Opt for our Cordova Insurance plan. For a small fee added to your rental price, you can drive away with Zero Deposit required.
Our insurance partnership protects both parties. In the event of an issue, the insurance covers the claim directly, ensuring a stress-free experience for you.
Additional Drivers
- Maximum 2 additional drivers allowed
- All drivers must meet requirements
- AED 100/day per additional driver
Important: We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks, including but not limited to driving history verification and credit checks. Failure to meet any requirement may result in rental refusal without refund.

Additional Coverage Options
Important: Insurance coverage is void if the vehicle is used in violation of these Terms or the Rental Agreement. In case of an accident, you must immediately contact us and the police, and obtain a police report. Failure to do so may result in loss of insurance coverage.

Company Liability Limitations
Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FerrariDubaiRent.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Vehicle damage or loss
- Traffic violations
- Towing and storage costs
- Property damage
- Personal injury
- Legal expenses
Important: This liability section survives termination of the rental agreement. Your responsibility continues until the vehicle is returned and all charges are settled.

Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Rental Agreement and any additional documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and FerrariDubaiRent.com regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
